Refund policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You can only modify or cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Once the products are marked as fulfilled in the tracking system, cancellations are no longer possible. To initiate a cancellation, kindly contact our customer support team at contact@milletyard.com. If the cancellation request is acknowledged, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS

We are committed to providing efficient service through high-speed logistics. Anticipate product delivery within 7-10 days, depending on your location within the country. Unforeseen circumstances may lead to shipping delays, causing an indefinite postponement. In such cases, our customer management team will keep you informed with regular updates. The Company charges delivery/shipping cost on all products, except for the days providing shipping free offers, which would be mentioned at the checkout page.
